The Company

OPAL PAINTS PRODUCTS PVT. LTD. was incorporated in 1986. We have been the pioneers and leaders in the anti-stripping industry ever since. The major factor of leading the industry has been the constant endeavor to improve the technology/quality and reduce cost. With a vision of delivering the best quality, our product SUPPER-BOND XS was tested and evaluated by the highest authority in road construction in India, Central Road Research Institute, (New Delhi). This was done in the incorporation year itself, as no compromise on quality was acceptable. Again in 2006, our product was tested and approved by C.R.R.I. as per the new standerd of IS 14982:2001 for all 11 parameters mentioned therein.

Our products have also been by Roorkee University, National Test House, Regional Testing Centre(New Delhi) and various other private/state laboratories. Current range of products includes Bitumen Modifiers, Concrete Admixtures, Instant Road Repair solutions, Road Marking Paints, water-proofing solutions etc.

Our Clients

We have supplied our products to National Highways, P.W.D departments of most of the states in India as well as most of the eminent road construction organizations such as Airports Authority of India, M.E.S Border Road Orgznization, Steel Authority of India, NBCC, MCD, DLF etc. Some of leading road contractors have also used it in abundance, to name a few M/s. PATI-BEL (JV), M/s. IRCON International, M/s. Bhageeratha Engineering Ltd. M/s. RBM-TANTIA, M/s. Nagarjuna Construction Co. M/s. Oriental Construction Co. etc.

After successfully delivering this technology all over India in all types of terrain, we have supplied our products in international market as well. Working with Nepal, Bhutan & Bangladesh, we assisted in construction of superior quality roads and savings of funds. We take pride in our contribution in saving of funds, which results from increase in road life, and marked decrease in maintenance work.

With a commitment to the highest ethical, scientific and quality standards, our Managing Director Sh. Sudhir Uppal (Ex. Vice President Indian Road Congress) relentlessly seeks to futher economize the manufacturing process & deliver state of the art technology. Under his leadship, the company tests and experiments with new technologies, all done in our in house state of the art laboratory, with guidance from some eminent scientists of this field. We strive for the best quality and most feasible product. A dedicated technical team inspects all raw materials entering the plant and each lot of the finished goods are also tested/inspected.

Development of our product 'Rubber Asphalt Modifier', Thermoplastic Road Marking Paint, Retarding admixture & cement curing compound for concrete structures,building construction & maintenance chemicals etc. are but a few example of our success. More products are under development, which will be introduced shortly.

Sh. Sudhir Uppal is also the author of various technical papers for Anti-Stripping Compounds & Instant Road Repair Solution published in the leading construction Magazines of India as well as IRC Publication.

In Keeping pace with the international standards of management systems, the company is accredit with ISO 90001:2000. We are also registered with N.S.I.C. DGS & D, Border Roads Organisation etc. for our products.
